Retaining our Services
Client-attorney contacts us for a preliminary preview of the case.  If there is a mutually agreed fit, client retains us by signing an engagement letter (referring to our Terms & Conditions) and paying a retainer.  At this time, an Economist is selected from our network and assigned to your case.

Collecting Case Facts
A Lost Compensation Economic Analyst contacts you to collect various case documents required by the Economist.

Analysis
The Economist and Analyst work together to produce a high-quality economic damages analysis.  Internal reviews are an important part of our quality assurance process.

Payment and Delivery
We will notify you upon completion of the report and issue a final billing.  For your convenience, you may pay with a credit card using our secure web interface.  For other payment methods, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.  Once payment is received, the report is released to you.
